5. Payment Terms

• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and seller agreement

6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Equipment Warranties and Disclaimers

Equipment Condition

All equipment is sold "as is" unless otherwise specified by the seller. We recommend thorough inspection before purchase and encourage buyers to request additional information or inspections.

Platform Disclaimer

BC Excavators is a marketplace platform and does not own, inspect, or warrant the equipment listed. We facilitate transactions but are not party to the sale. All warranties and guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BC Excavators shall not be liable for:

• Equipment defects, performance issues, or safety problems
• Losses arising from transactions between users

10. Dispute Resolution
